UiPath Test Manager - Automation Testing (8-11 yrs)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation and Deployment :

- Lead the implementation of UiPath Test Manager from initial setup to full deployment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives.

- Guide teams on test environment setup and management for successful test execution.

- Automation Frameworks and Best Practices.

- Design and implement test automation frameworks tailored to RPA testing.

- Define best practices for test automation processes and governance.

- Create reusable test components and libraries to streamline automation workflows.

Migration and Integration :

- Advise on test case migration strategies from traditional tools to UiPath Test Manager.

- Support integration of UiPath Test Manager with existing CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.

Team Training and Change Management :

- Train QA teams on UiPath Test Manager features, capabilities, and usage.

- Provide change management support to drive team adoption and effective usage of the tool.

- Mentor and upskill QA teams in test automation techniques and strategies.

Testing Processes and Metrics :

- Establish robust testing processes and governance models to ensure consistent quality.

- Define test reporting and metrics frameworks to track and communicate testing progress.

- Recommend approaches for continuous testing integration to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Expert Guidance and Support :

- Share insights on common implementation challenges and solutions.

- Advise on best practices for addressing RPA-specific testing challenges.

- Support cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in QA/test automation, with a proven track record of implementing automation frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Manager implementation and usage.

- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, processes, and methodologies.

- Deep understanding of RPA testing challenges and solutions.

- Experience migrating test cases from traditional tools to UiPath Test Manager.

- Proficiency in setting up automated testing processes and governance models.

- Strong knowledge of testing best practices, metrics, and reporting frameworks.

- Experience training and mentoring QA teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UiPath Test Suite certifications or equivalent credentials.

- Experience with multiple RPA testing tools.

- Background in RPA development and automation.

- Experience with CI/CD implementation and Agile testing methodologies.

- ISTQB or similar testing certifications.

- Hands-on experience in DevOps environments.

- Experience working with offshore testing teams.

- Proven expertise in change management and team adoption strategies.
