Event Executive - Physical, Hybrid and Virtual Events

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to coordinate for physical and virtual events and meetings, while managing various internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact to manage requirements from clients across various industries and liaise with internal teams, to create engaging virtual meeting experiences. We are looking for an individual with project management experience, preferably one with a technical background as well, considering the Virtual/Digital nature of these events. Live event executions of a technical nature are a part of this profile, with all requisite training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage physical, hybrid and virtual events
• Coordinate event logistics including event production, audio visual rental and vendor management
• Develop event strategies based on client requirements
• Oversee event operation during set-up, registration, execution and teardown phase

What Were Looking For:

• Education: Graduate or MBA (Technical degrees like BE, B.Tech, B.Sc., MCA, BCA, or Networking preferred).
• Experience: Strong understanding of corporate event planning and execution

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.

- Strong technical mindset to understand and sell technology-based solutions.

- Pleasing, professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.

-Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
