Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging social media content (text, images, videos) that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Manage social media communities and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify and target the right audience for marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Analyze website traffic data using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on website performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Create high-quality content (blog posts, articles, website copy) that is informative, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Experience with SEO/SEM and other online marketing channels.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Tools: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (social media scheduling tools, CRM software).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
