Job Role Insights

Job Description

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential leads.
Draft personalized and compelling LinkedIn messages to engage with prospects.
Use Apollo and other tools to gather and manage lead data effectively.
Continuously update and maintain the CRM with lead information and interactions.
Analyze leads to determine their potential value and relevance to the companys offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead qualification criteria and strategies.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at potential leads.
Write clear, persuasive, and tailored email content to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversation rate.
Provide regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and email marketing.
 
Qualifications:
 
1-2 years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or a related field.
Strong written communication skills, particularly in drafting LinkedIn messages and email content.
Basic understanding of lead qualification processes.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently with guidance and support from senior team members.

Location: Ahmedabad (WFO)
Industry: IT services with international clients
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Skills Required: Lead generation and sales expertise, strong writing skills
Target: Ability to bring in a minimum of $3,000 in projects per month
