Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients and decision-makers within targeted industries.
Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement outreach campaigns to connect with prospects, including personalized messages and connection requests.
Should be able to create automated email marketing funnels.
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Develop targeted email lists based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
Create compelling email content, including copywriting and visual assets.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize outreach campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally on LinkedIn, maintaining the integrity of our brand and values.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and progress toward goals.
Knowledge of using different LinkedIn automation tools is a must.
Building a new client base in international markets ( US and European markets specifically) in getting staff augmentation business. Connect with CIO, CXO, CEO, Director and Head of business functions. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Implementation Partner / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill. Prepare database & make Cold Calls to generate Leads. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business opportunities. Follow up the sales process meticulously from lead identification to contract signing. Lead the business development team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed and should be comfortable to work on International time zones if needed.
Qualification:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Email marketing. Candidates having expertise working specifically within IT augmentation services or a related industry will be preferred.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn & Email marketing best practices, algorithms, and outreach strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Strong analytical skills to assess lead generation performance and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Familiarity with CRM systems and experience managing leads in a CRM is a plus.
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
