Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing web development company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and promoting our services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and the web design industry, with a passion for developing creative and effective business solutions.
Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities by researching and analyzing industry trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, email outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Engage in direct sales to secure new clients for website design, development, and digital marketing services.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Proposal Development & Negotiation:
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, ensuring profitability while meeting client requirements.
  • Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure project scope aligns with client expectations.
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and business strategies to increase sales and market share.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by closing deals and driving revenue.
  • Track and report on sales activities, lead progress, and business development efforts to management.
  • Provide insights into the effectiveness of sales strategies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills: Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the website design or digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and securing new clients.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of web design, development processes, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
