Job Description

1. Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching our digital marketing services and closing deals.

2. Marketing Strategy Implementation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhanwce brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and SEO to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

3. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target segments and refine marketing strategies accordingly.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM software.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
