Executive Assistant To the Vice-President

• Role & responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing the VP's calendars and set up meetings
• Provide minutes of meeting flawlessly
• Record keeping and maintaining confidentiality
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Taking all his projects, work goals towards completion
• Consistent follow ups with internal/ external customers.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Director's ability to effectively work through his goals, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information
• Any other work as assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be well versed with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• A multi-tasking and pressure taker during odd hours.
• Remains proactive with respect to the tasks at hand and is able to meet timelines
