Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments to optimize time usage.
  
• Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements for executives including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential documents with discretion.
  
• Perform procurement tasks such as purchasing supplies or services when required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in an EA role or similar position.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
  
• Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of discretion.
