Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding exceptional hires.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to identify the best candidates for each role.
• Ensure a smooth and memorable onboarding experience for new hires.
• Keep the exclusive job portal updated with fresh, relevant opportunities from partner companies.
• Collaborate with students, applicants, and hiring managers to schedule and facilitate interviews.
• Maintain a robust candidate database with accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Document recruitment activities, including interview insights and candidate profiles, to enhance decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a recruitment role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
