Recruitment Executive

We are looking for an organized and proactive Recruitment Executive to assist the HR Manager in recruitments with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting background checks for potential candidates.
• Oversee the completion of joining formalities for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and onboarding processes are completed.
• Compile, update, and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing HR-related documents.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Min 1 year of experience in resume screening and interview coordination.
• Ability to manage tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines.
• Strong computer skills.
