Wealthy - Lead Support Engineer - IT Operations (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with operations and business support teams to resolve technical issues.

- Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for troubleshooting and other workflows.

- Monitor, diagnose, and report issues to vendors for resolution.

- Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team or vendors.

- Research and identify solutions to software issues.

- Automate manual processes by writing automation scripts.

Requirements :

- Basic Python/Golang.

- Cloud services (AWS is a plus).

- Linux and Databases.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Prioritization and organizational skills.

- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced support engineer to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT support and troubleshooting, as well as

experience with Python/Golang, monitoring services, cloud services (AWS is a plus), Linux, and

databases.

- The candidate should also have exceptional problem-solving and prioritization skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The candidate should have 4+ years of experience.

- Team handling experience is a must.
