Job Title: Generalmanager - Human Resources
Reporting to: Director Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's vision and goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and improve business outcomes.
- Identify key HR priorities and implement programs that foster a high-performing workforce.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop long-term workforce plans.
- Oversee onboarding and retention programs to ensure a smooth employee transition and growth.
Employee Relations & Culture:
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the organization's core values.
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Performance Management & Development:
- Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide leadership development, coaching, and career pathing opportunities to key talent.
- Ensure training and development programs meet current and future business needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the design and management of compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive pay practices that align with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Monitor benefit programs to ensure compliance and value to employees.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate risk related to employee relations, legal compliance, and workplace safety.
- Manage audits, investigations, and risk assessments related to HR operations.
HR Operations & Technology:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS management, and employee record maintenance.
- Drive the adoption of HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Develop and promote initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders to integrate DEI practices into talent management and organizational culture.
