Responsibilities:.

- Work with the business leads to identify, conceptualize and support HR interventions in the areas of employee lifecycle, as and when required.

- Drives the people strategy, talent management, and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives.

- Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.

- Collaborates with HR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs.

- Supporting the entire PMS process including performance discussions, Coaching managers, grievance handling, compensation reviews etc.

- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.

- Designing and ensuring adherence to HR metrics to assist HR management to assess the effectiveness of people management practices, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, retention, turnover, talent management, mobility, and career progression.

- Ensuring adherence to PMS guidelines to build a performance driven culture.

- Support the Design of Compensation/Benefits structures in line with local practices, support compensation surveys and benchmark on global scale.
