Manager - Customer Service (1-5 yrs)

Primary Responsibilty:

Customer service

- Performance management : Setting goals, measuring performance, and reporting on results

- Process improvement : Developing and improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards

- Communication : Communicating with internal teams and customers, and generating sales leads

- Customer data : Keeping records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts

- Budget management : Overseeing the customer service department budget

- Customer service : Responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing solutions

- Team management : Hiring, training, and supervising customer service staff
