Lead NC Programming

Required Tool Skills: - NX, Solid CAM, Master CAM, Vericut & MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Roles & Responsibility

• Cutting tool Selection & its parameters.
• To ensure Drawing requirement and GD&T is meet in programming stage.
• Preparing setup sheet, process sheet, stage wise drawing for manufacturing.
• Analyse metal cutting methods.
• Tool path validation in Vericut & Cimco.
• Trouble shooting while programming.
• Programming to be complete by filling check list
• Resolving quality and yield issues in production environment.
• Prove out of CNC programs in coordination with shop floor.
• Co-ordinate with shop floor supervisor for increasing productivity, reducing cycle time, clamping time reduction & process optimization.
• Providing on Job training for shop floor operator, supervisor, and setter for all new parts
• Involving in daily review meeting for reducing rejection.
• Conduct internal team meeting to identify issues related to manufacturing.
• Follow up with QC & get approval for parts.
• Proved programs shall be retrieved from machines & uploaded in one drive & Napathra.
• CAD, CAM & Process related document shall be ZIP & uploaded in one drive.
• Process documents shall be uploaded in one drive & Napathra.
• Maintaining 5S in workplace.
• Participating in kaizen.
• Developing next level candidates.
