Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- 4+ years of total experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building and implementing AI solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, AI Agents, and Data Science methodologies.

- Proven expertise in fine-tuning small language models.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve outcomes using AI.

Skills and Knowledge :

- Proficient in AI agent frameworks like Autogen, Langflow, and OpenAI Swarm.

- Deep understanding of tools call features in Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, including data storage, security, and best practices.

- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and its application in AI projects.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Additional Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven ability to mentor and coach junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Experience conducting research and evaluating emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices, with the ability to apply them to enhance products and services.
