Shift - 3 PM - 12 AM
Responsibilities:
- Employee Documentation & Filing: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation maintenance.
- New Hire Induction and Orientation: Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs to acclimate new employees to the company culture and processes.
- Daily HR Guidance: Collaborate with line management to provide consistent HR support and advice on employee-related matters.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Resolution: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace.
- Workplace Improvement: Partner with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- HR Policy Guidance: Offer clear and concise guidance on HR policies to ensure organizational compliance and understanding.
- Training Needs Assessment: Identify and address training needs for teams and individuals to foster professional growth and development.
- HR Strategy Development: Propose innovative HR strategies to align with organizational goals and enhance overall performance.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to engage employees, promote a positive work environment, and increase overall job satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Communication & People Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage and influence people.
- Analytical & Presentation Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Labor Legislation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions and best practices
