Who we are
The opportunity
- The Senior Manager position within Teva India, Launch & Product Change Management would be responsible for managing important aspects of External Manufacturing & Supply Operations (EMSO) projects.
- The Manager would be accountable for facilitating the alignment, maintenance and execution of projects in concert accordance with the overall EMSO business Strategy. Projects are to be executed on time and within approved budgets.
- Additionally, this role will be responsible for the alignment and improvement of existing EMSO Launch and Transfer project management processes within the current business landscape. This includes building relationships and seeking alignment with key stakeholders for all projects.
How you ll spend your day
- Project Planning, Execution and Governance according to the Teva standards including reviews, risk assessment & mitigation according to the applicable codes and Teva Standards
- Sourcing - Support the sourcing plan and evaluation for any project
- Escalation Appropriate communication to all stakeholders of the project (internally and externally).
- Collaborate with Quality Operations on quality system and compliance activities. Monitor and manage supplier performance
- Develop alternate plan scenarios, formulate recommendations
- Execute metrics program for monitoring the performance of third parties
- Communication with stakeholders and Top Management on execution and Improvement projects
Your experience and qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a Reputed Pharmaceutical Company, preferably as a Project lead within a Cross Functional team environment (CFT).
- Knowledge of New Product Introduction, Change Management, US and EU Regulatory filings for site transfers, supply chain dynamics.
- Bachelor or a Masters degree in Pharmacy with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of MS Projects and PMP certification is a distinct advantage
- Candidates with experience in handling Pharmaceutical projects in consulting organisations (handling multiple projects in multiple companies) will be preferred
