Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ability to partner & collaborate with stakeholders located both locally & globally in achieving

shared business objectives & goals.

• Understand data flows from ingestion to output for covered applications.
• Maintain routines to track progress against published project deliverable timelines.
• Leverage relationships with Operations, Technology and QA to schedule change delivery.
• Support Onshore P&SD to facilitate routine initiative update calls.
• Ability to work in shifts and be flexible in shift timings (3:30 pm to 12:30 am IST)
• Generate, produce and communicate meaningful metrics on project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent

demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military

experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years financial services experience
• Project Management Experience
• Prior exp in Derivatives Ops or Collateral management
• Knowledge in Agile/SDLC Methodologies
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Candidate should have experience in Capital Markets & Investment banking space.
• Advance Excel and Power Point skills
• Graduate degree or higher / MBA (Preferred)
• Candidate should have experience in writing User stories, BRDs, test cases and performing &

coordinating UAT.

• Experience at a Strategy Consulting firm
• Good exposure to Middle office functions.
• Experience working in international environment.
