Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our Inside Sales team. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction with our products.
Role & responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products and their benefits to customers over the phone.
Scheduling Demos: Coordinate with the field team and schedule product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Follow up & Close Deals: Track leads and ensure sales conversion.
Customer Success: Ensure customers are getting the full benefit and are happy with our products & service quality.
Preferred candidate profile:
Sales Experience: Proven track record in inside sales or a similar role with experience in selling products or services over the phone.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and convincingly in English and Hindi.
Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand customer needs, recommend products accordingly and build relationships.
Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet or exceed sales targets with a proactive and persistent approach.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
