Brief Profile: As an Assistant Manager of Production, you will be responsible for
streamlining and optimizing production processes, ensuring seamless coordination
between store and production operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong
technical expertise in machinery, leadership skills, and exceptional organizational abilities
to drive efficiency and deliver high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
● Execution of Production Plan: Execute daily production plans to ensure timely
delivery and adherence to quality standards.
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with store and production teams to
ensure material availability and product standards.
● Technical Oversight: Oversee machinery operation and maintenance, ensuring
efficiency and troubleshooting when necessary.
● Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase
efficiency and reduce waste.
● Team Leadership: Lead and train the production team to ensure high performance
and skill development.
● Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with
regulatory standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Education: NTTF, Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Product
Engineering, or a related field
● Experience: 3 - 6 years in production planning and quality, with expertise in raw
material coordination and machinery operation.
● Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Kannada.
