Accounts And Finance - Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• GST & Taxation: Handle GST filings, taxation rules, and statutory financial obligations.
• Compliance & Audits: Manage financial audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Purchase & Inventory Management: Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to track costs, payments, and stock valuation.
• Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, CA - Intermediate or a related field.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software/ERP tools.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in accounting, GST, taxation, compliance, audits, and vendor payments.
• Problem-solving: Ability to optimize financial processes, manage costs, and ensure compliance.
• Work Ethic: High energy, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple financial tasks under pressure.
