Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide insightful financial reports for decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, payroll, and compliance functions using tools like Zoho Books and GreytHR. The role requires a Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions in Zoho Books, including sales, purchases, expenses, bank transactions, and other adjustments.
Perform month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare monthly and periodical MIS reports, including Project-wise P&L, Group P&L, and Customer-wise P&L, as required by management.
Receivables & Payments Management
Track accounts receivables and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payments as per agreed terms.
Process payments through the banking portal, including transactions to vendors, suppliers, and employees.
Taxation & Compliance
Oversee the preparation and issuance of GST E-Invoices to customers.
Prepare and file monthly GSTR1 and GSTR3B returns and coordinate with consultants for filing GSTR9, 9C, and GST refund applications.
Withhold TDS from vendor payments and file quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, and 27Q).
Ensure timely filing of PF, PT, and ESI returns with the respective authorities.
Payroll & Employee Compensation
Manage monthly payroll processing, including handling employee salaries in GreytHR and resolving queries regarding salary and deductions.
Audit & Banking Coordination
Provide necessary support to auditors and external consultants to ensure timely completion of audits and periodic complianceâs.
Coordinate with banks for loan approvals, OD renewals, and file monthly receivable statements for cash credit facilities.
International Compliance
Work with consultants in Singapore to manage the associated company's books of accounts and ensure compliance for the Singapore entity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience with GreytHR or any other HRMS.
Hands-on experience with accounting software, including Zoho Books and Tally.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and knowledge of labor laws like PF and Gratuity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, Sales, and Support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
