Role & responsibilities: Sales Coach for Syndicate Research Selling Training

Location: On-site, Pune
Type: Contract/Part-time

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coach to lead our training program specifically tailored for sales leaders and sales executives. If you have a passion for transforming sales approaches and possess a deep understanding of the tech industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training Development:
    • Create and implement a comprehensive sales training curriculum based on the NSCA (Non-Salesy Client Acquisition) framework.
    • Develop training materials that resonate with IT CEOs and founders, focusing on authentic selling techniques.
  • Coaching & Mentorship:
    • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help participants build confidence in their sales skills.
    • Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages open dialogue and growth.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Analyze and streamline existing sales processes for participants, aiming to reduce lead nurturing time by 40%.
    • Design strategies that increase deal closure rates and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Guide participants in creating a waitlist of high-quality clients.
    • Teach techniques for managing objections and transforming concerns into opportunities for meaningful conversations.
  • Negotiation Training:
    • Conduct workshops focused on negotiation tactics to help participants secure contracts at maximum value.
    • Share best practices for pricing strategies that reflect the true worth of their offerings.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies:
    • Collaborate with participants to develop tailored revenue scaling strategies specific to the manufacturing niche.
    • Monitor and assess the progress of participants, providing ongoing feedback and support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years in sales, with a proven track record of coaching or training IT leaders.
    • Deep understanding of the tech industry and common challenges faced by IT founders.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Teaching & Coaching Ability:
    • Experience in creating educational content and delivering effective training sessions.
    • Ability to adapt coaching methods to fit individual participant needs and learning styles.
  • Results-Oriented:
    • A focus on achieving measurable results, including revenue growth and improved sales metrics.
