Job description

1. Meet revenue target set for the year.
2. Assist & provide key support to the sales team in new business acquisition efforts by performing core business development work through cold calling and hunting across all target market segments.
3. Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, daily basis.
4. Minimum target to generate 20 quality leads a day who are compatible customers as per standards set by the organization.
5. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective customers.
6. Gather market and clients data & market intelligence.
7. Have technology solutions mind set to position and sell Eleva8 platform.
8. Work closely with internal stakeholders & collaborate for service delivery.
9. Observe sales processes by shadowing sales managers and emulate their sales management processes in CEP sales automation tool.
