Role & responsibilities

Business development - Master mix

• Develop and grow the sales force using leadership skills and mentorship
• Maintain awareness of external competition and the competitive landscape as well as opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards
• Communicate and maintain relationships with customers.
• Make sales and marketing presentations and prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts.
• Identify and short list requirement of new vendor within timeline.

Vendor Management

• Account opening process within 2 days of Contract agreement signed
• Contract Agreement signing within 20 days once pricing and quality parameter approved
• Pricing approval within 7 days after sample approval.
• 1st sample submission within 15 days of identification of Final prospect vendor.

Identify and short list requirement of new vendor within 30 days.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in sales presentations, expert in excel.

Need to travel as required by management.

2-3 Years into master mix sales exp required
