Executive/Sr. Executive - Technical Sales - Jabalpur

Role & responsibilities :

1. Handle full range of technical sales support questions (products, process, or industry).
2. Independently handle Customer complaints with complete closure till claims.
3. Interface with customers to provide product information and instructions.
4. Provide backup support to other technicians & applicators.
5. Prepare and send work schedule for processing weekly reports.
6. Review technician reports daily for accuracy, appropriate detail, and completion.
7. Maintain documentation for internal cataloguing procedures and local standards.
8. Assist dealer, direct or end user service personnel in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical/application issues.
9. Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
10. Collaborate with product, engineering and other technical stakeholders on delivery of key solutions for the customer.
11. Deliver training to individuals or groups of customers and/or employees.
12. Assist dealers and end-users with product demonstration & complaints.
13. Advocate and replicate 'best practice' approaches to client set ups to ensure long term success and value for customers.
14. Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
15. Continuously work towards Contractor engagement.
16. Certify Contractors basis on Project completion work.
17. Support sales team to arrange certified contractors with skilled manpower.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must be from building material OR construction chemical industry.
• Candidate must be ready to relocate to Jabalpur location.
