Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

- Lead the CRM department, ensuring data-driven decision-making and strategy formulation.

- Develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns aligned with the business's overall objectives.

- Foster relationships with internal departments and external data analysis providers.

Customer Data Management:

- Oversee the collection and analysis of customer data to understand consumer habits and preferences.

- Ensure the CRM system effectively stores and tracks customer interactions and purchase history.

Customer Service:

- Enhance customer service by streamlining communication and providing efficient support systems.

- Ensure timely and personalized responses to customer inquiries, documenting all interactions.

Financial Management:


- Develop, manage, and review the annual CRM budget.

Team Development:

- Mentor junior CRM personnel, ensuring their professional growth and readiness to take on higher responsibilities.

- Instill a unified vision and departmental culture to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in a CRM leadership role, within the jewellery industry is mandatory.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Financial acumen to manage budgets and forecasts.
