Responsibilities:
- Applicants with 15+ yrs of Relevant work Experience in Real Estate Mandatory
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the real estate market.
- Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and increasing retention across all customer touchpoints.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the CRM function to align with company business goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of customer data to gain insights into behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Lead the CRM system implementation, ensuring effective data integration across all platforms.
- Ensure customer data is maintained, updated, and utilized to drive personalized experiences.
- Define and implement segmentation strategies to personalize communication and offerings based on customer preferences, buying patterns, and demographics.
- Develop customized campaigns for different customer segments, focusing on lead nurturing, conversion, and post-purchase engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM insights into lead generation, sales processes, and retention efforts.
- Lead the CRM team in effectively managing the entire lead lifecycle-from prospecting to nurturing and conversion.
- Implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and reduce churn.
- Oversee the execution of CRM campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals, ensuring high performance, growth, and development.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluate, select, and implement CRM tools and software that are best suited for the real estate industry.
- Work with the IT department to ensure proper integration and functionality of CRM systems, ensuring they support sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
- Oversee the creation of customer support workflows and improve the post-sales experience.
- Address customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on CRM performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, customer retention rates, and campaign ROI.
- Use data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine CRM strategies and tactics.
- Use competitive intelligence to adjust marketing and sales approaches.
