Arsenius Skill Capital is Hiring Business Head - Sales for a Reputed Developer in Mumbai

Position: Business Head Sales - Real Estate Sales (Residential & Commercial)

Location: Mumbai

CTC: up to 60 LPA

Requisite:

- Graduates / MBA withe 10+ yrs of relevant industry experience

- Assist the Sales Head in creating the sales strategy, sales plan for the site

- Review sales funnel for each sales manager and provide guidance to close the deal

- Provide training to team members (Sales Pitch, Process, Negotiation, Closing a deal)

- Break down site office target to individual sales managers and facilitate target achievement throughout the month

- Meet customers on need basis for closure

- Gather competitive intelligence (product, schemes, etc.)

- Oversee on-site customer experience

- Ensure Customer Information is updated in the system on real time basis

- Ensure complete customer documents are collected by the sales manager at the time of booking

- Ensure inventory status is updated in the trackers / system, daily reconciliation of bookings, inventory

- Analyse Data, share reports and analysis with the Board

- Ensure bank tie-ups for home loans

- Minimise on booking cancellations

- Share feedback with marketing team on creatives, channels of communication.
