JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Operations (EBO) to lead and manage our retail operations. This senior leadership role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, sales management, and franchise leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that all retail stores meet and exceed sales targets,
maintain exceptional customer service standards, deliver a superior shopping experience, and build a motivated and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Performance Management:
- Lead the EBO stores to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and foot traffic.
- Implement best practices to improve store performance, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure consistent achievement of targets across all locations.
2. Retail Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all EBO retail stores, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and quality standards.
- Ensure stores are properly stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product merchandising to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Team Development & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the retail team, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with company values.
- Implement performance management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training and development.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes team collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
5. Franchise Management:
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure alignment with brand standards, operational processes, and sales goals.
- Provide support to franchise owners in areas such as sales performance, store layout, marketing, and employee training.
- Monitor franchise compliance with company policies, and identify opportunities for improving franchisee operations.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational issues to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving sales, operations, and customer satisfaction.
7. Strategic Planning & Development:
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop long-term retail strategies and growth plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential locations for expansion.
- Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes and retail strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in retail operations, sales, or franchise management, with at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong experience in managing EBOs, retail networks, or franchise operations.
- Familiarity with key retail technologies (POS systems, inventory management, CRM, etc.) and data analysis tools.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and teams across various locations.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
