• Manage employee records, including contracts, personal files, and database updates..
• Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as letters, agreements, and policy updates.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and induction planning.
• Liaise with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
