• Ability to lead multiple project sites and partner with management/ functional managers to resolve conflicts.
• Customer relationship management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various functional groups .
• Experience in working with centrifugal machinery Erection preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, .
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Engineering Drawings

Main responsibility

Supervision of Erection & Commissioning of Centrifugal Machines supplied to various sugar factories.

Coordination with Project Manager, Customer & Erection Contractor.

Performance trial of Machines.
