- Conduct Need and Opportunity Analysis : Analyze the needs of employers, skilling institutions, and candidates in order to inform the market requirements definition.
- Develop Product and Process Requirements : Create product requirements definitions and supplementary process documentation . .
- Drive Product Launch : Manage the development and release of key product features. Subsequently, test those features in Beta with strategic partners and refine those features as needed before production launch.
