Job Description
Pedagogicalapproaches powered by research: Incorporate effective pedagogical techniqueskeeping learner at center, selecting the appropriate models based on need, toenable outcomes from the learning product. Deliver engaging pedagogy that stems from theunderstanding of learner profiles and varying learning styles for the targetedskills, while being anchored on the solid foundation of the theory of learningfor such learners.
Instructionaldesign strategy: Identify emerging trends and best practices ininstructional design to envision, design and configureappropriate Instructional Strategy for target audiences varying acrossgeography, prior knowledge and goals.
Design instructionfor various catego ries of learning products, while keeping the target learner in focus. Manage thebalance between design-superiority and pragmatic implementation-constraints.
Innovativeapproaches in learning content : Recommend effective and innovative learningcontent interventions for specific learning products. Align with establishedmodels and standards. Drive the development and implementation of such innovative learningexperiences. Learning Content to augmentthe pedagogical approaches, tangibly bringing to form the rich-design. Technologicaltools to be judiciously leveraged to bring about concrete content deliverablesincluding but not limited to microlearning, stackable- credentialing,gamification, adaptive learning experiences etc. Be responsible for deploymentof solutions for such distinctive pedagogical e xperiences.
Stay updated on learning principles, tools :Keep yourself updated on the latest learning theories, tools. Also stay abreaston the advancements in the field of learning platforms, services, AI technologyto understand use their potential. Bring efficiency and agility in designand development.
StakeholderCollaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders,to ensure effective integration of learningstrategies and initiatives. Select and onboard vendors for various initiatives. Manage a group of inhouseand/or outsourced instructional designers.

Education level:Graduate or Post-graduate
Experience: Must have at least 10 years of workexperience as a Instructional Design Specialist, preferably in leadership roles in EdTech firms
Well-versed with Instructionaldesign models andtheory of learning with respect toskill seekers
Can create and reviewstoryboards, scripts, assessment-items, and map against the final builds aspart of the e-content development cycle
Familiar with instructional design models and contenttools eg. e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond etcAware of various AI tools and servicesredefining the field of learning content, services and experiences
Experience: Must have at least 10 years of workexperience as a Instructional Design Specialist, preferably in leadership roles in EdTech firms
