Job Description

This position is a part of theContent Strategy and Services vertical of the Wadhwani Skilling Network that designs,develops and deploys instructional content focused on the target audiences forvarious programs across the globe.

A strong foundation in instructional designprinciples for the digital learning environment, e-learning tools, and contentdevelopment will be important, along with basic project tracking skills usingMS Excel. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for the science andart of learning, attention to detail, a willingness to learn themselves, and anability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. The work will involve planningand tracking progress of content development projects with external vendorteams as well as internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand and implementinstructional design (ID) model. Visualize and create storyboards/ scripts andassessments.

Review stagewise artefacts fromthe content development process lifecycle e.g. documents, content outlines,storyboarding, audio files, video files, and have proficient working knowledgeof relevant software tools including but not limited to MS Office, Storyline,Vyond etc.

Conduct output/build reviews aspart of the e-content development cycle.

Assist in project execution andcoordination, ensuring content is developed, reviewed, and delivered withinproject timelines.

Maintain and update projectplans and timely report risks regarding cost, quality and timelines forappropriate mitigation.

Ensure all content updates andimprovements are tracked, incorporated, and aligned across all platforms. Verifythe adherence to specifications by checking the final deliverables of theproject.

Demonstrate command over e-learningauthoring tools Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and at least 2other tools. Familiarity with Gen AI based tools for content development.

Coordinate with digital mediacontent creators for the development of Graphics and Animations.

Work with the LMS and QA teamsto ensure defect-free upload, testing and rollout as per plan

Skills & Experience :

Education: Graduate or Post-graduate in a relevant field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an InstructionalDesigner with demonstrated expertise in content development, e-learningtools, and project coordination.

ExcellentCommunication Skills

Strong Englishlanguage proficiency with excellent grammar and proofreading skills.

Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and maintain high-quality standards incontent development.

Basicunderstanding of project scoping and execution , with the ability to use MSExcel for tracking project timelines, andmaintaining simple project budgets, and reporting .

o Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills.

o Strong teamwork skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
