- Strategize to Expand the Business in India especiallyin Self Serve

- Signup with Edtech skilling platforms /employer platforms (10 bigaccounts) by 2025

- Representing Wadhwani Foundation withstakeholders (Partner connect, employer connect, student connect, andGovernment connect)

- Creating employersnetwork

- Operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguousenvironment with full control and responsibility of achieving objectives.

Skills Experience

- 20+yearsof experience working in the Business Development, Account Management andoperations.

- Work experience with placements of studentsafter training, education skilling industry.

- Marketintelligence on industry sectors and talent requirements

- Meet the target for Self-Serve enrolments andtransformation.

- Strong background in creating systems andprocesses.

- Strong communication skills and high EQ

- Complex problem solving and skills.

- Strategic/Innovative Thinker

- Opento travel across India and work closely on the ground with different teams
