Business Development Associate

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Business Development Associate to help us expand our corporate tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with HR and leadership teams, and driving collaborations. Additionally, they will conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine our approach and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• ● Identify and approach companies for corporate partnerships in counseling and leadership development programs.
  
• ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, leadership teams, and decision-makers.
  
• ● Pitch and present Waby Sabys services to potential clients through meetings, emails, and calls.
  
• ● Conduct market research and prepare competitor analysis reports to understand industry trends
  and business models.
  
• ● Assist in strategizing and executing outreach campaigns to generate business opportunities.
  
• ● Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings based on corporate needs.
  
• ● Maintain and update a database of potential leads and track outreach progress.
  Requirements:
  
• ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• ● Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable engaging with corporate clients.
  
• ● Ability to conduct research and prepare reports on industry competitors.
  
• ● Basic knowledge of corporate wellness and mental health services (preferred but not mandatory).
