Business Development Associate

- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients across industries by presenting our services tailored to their
needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and
repeat business.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth in the content space.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Proposal Development: Create persuasive and customized pitches, proposals and presentations for prospective
clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, marketing and production teams to align services with client
requirements.
- Negotiation: Handle contract discussions and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system and provide
regular updates to management.

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- 3-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the content, media or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of the content industry, including trends, platforms and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
