Logistics Executive/ Warehouse Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and materials.
• Monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage and update inventory records, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to resolve any logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards.
• Analyze logistical problems and come up with efficient solutions to improve processes.
• Track and report on logistics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, including purchasing, sales, and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transportation management, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
