Job Description
- Outbound Leads Funnel Management : Manage the complete Lead generation funnel, engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify them
- Outbound Prospecting : Initiate telephonic contact with potential customers, creating initial interest and positioning our solutions effectively
- Call Campaigns : Execute various call campaigns and meet or exceed the assigned quota of 60 call connects per day
- Presentation Skills : Articulate key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the prospect s needs and expectations
- Meeting Scheduling : Persuade relevant contacts for in-person or phone meetings
- Email Campaigns : Launch targeted cold email campaigns to generate interest and leads
- Coordination : Coordinate with Sales team to ensure seamless communication and strategy alignment
- Experience : Must have over 4+ years of experience in business development
- Desirable Market Exposure : Must have exp. in selling in the APAC region
- Service Industry : Proven track record of bringing in business deals within the service domain
- Proven Track Record : Effectively communicate the selling points of IT Services and products through phone and email.
- Cold-calling : At least 3 years of Cold calling exp. is mandatory
- Skills : Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skill
- B2B Campaigns : Extensive experience working on B2B campaign
- Technical Savvy : Proficient with the internet, Word, and Excel; familiarity with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com, is highly desirable
- Client Understanding : Ability to understand client requirements and tailor conversations to meet those need
- Resilience : Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to handle rejection
- Independence : Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
