Sales Coordinator and Back end office Work

Role & responsibilities

1. Interacting with Customers Walking in to the showroom

2. Making Sales Quotation from software- writing orders and communication with Head office as required

3. Back end Sales promotion activities

4. Data Entry and basic accounting entries for all sales and Factory coordination works

5. Arrangement of material deliveries to Customers from factory.

6. Some follow up for payments.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with excellent communication skills. Must be un habit of noting down work, and work according to work lists.
