Key Responsibilities

Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them

Administrators need to be able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing. They may also need to be able to negotiate and listen well

Customer service


Administrators should keep the needs of customers and clients in mind at all times, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Inter personal skills


Administrators should have good interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships

Maintain a positive relationship


Maintain a positive relationship with the customers as well as the co-workers

After sales service


Following up with the customer after sales

Maintain business relation


Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.

Managing daily operations


Overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining records

Organizing and storing information:


Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form

Maintaining office systems


Maintaining office equipment and office supplies, and ordering office supplies

Liaising with others


Liaising with suppliers and contractors, and liaising with staff in other departments

Problem solving skills


Address and solve the problem of the customers, and if any internal challenge occure also solve that.

Qualifications & Experience

Education


Any Bachelor degree

Industry Experience


3+ years of experience in back office admin

Technical Skills


  • Strong understanding of Customer handling
  • Proven experience in the same field
  • Technology and software skills.

Soft Skills


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
