ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Modules (3-15 yrs)

Job Description :

Role : ServiceNow Developer (Integration, Scripting, ITSM, and Specialized Module)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in integration, scripting, and ITSM, along with experience in one of the following specialized modules: HRSD, GRC, CSM, PPM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, or Service Portal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, including building and maintaining custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements.

- Customize and enhance out-of-the-box ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).

- Work on integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

- Implement ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) and tailor them as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and support system enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

- Focus on specific modules (e.g., HRSD, GRC, ITOM) to implement and support module-specific

functionality.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with ServiceNow development and ITSM processes.

- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).

- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and API-based integrations.

- Experience with one of the following modules: HRSD, GRC, CSM, PPM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, or Service Portal.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, or other specialized modules.
