Director - Transformational Quality (SBU4)

Client Expectations & Priorities Management: Serve as a dedicated lead for IWR end to end Finance change

Works closely with IWR delivery team and enables change and transformation within Finance (Aviva and WNS) and the business

Establishes a best practice sharing forum to leverage larger capabilities in WNS ecosystem

Act as the key liaison to ensure alignment of client expectations with change priorities

Regular participation in Aviva programme change governance forums

Create and execute a cost-base rationalisation roadmap through innovative projects

Identify and create proposals for cost-benefit analysis of the chosen interventions

Monitor and report progress for all agreed projects, including cost savings, performance improvements, and headcount reductions (Offshore & Onshore)

Challenge assumptions and the status quo to drive meaningful conversations leading to favourable outcomes

Lead complex Finance change projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, delivery (incl business acceptance) and benefit realisation


Strategic Planning and Execution Portfolio management and leadership to enable delivery of strategic vision for IWR transformation

Identify changes required in Shared value, Structure, System, Style, Skill, Staff and Strategy to maximize the ROI for IWR

Lead the assessment and optimization of people, process, and technology, identifying opportunities for modernization, reducing obsolescence, and maximizing efficiency

Assess the viability of the project through cost Benefit analysis, Value generation matrix

Work with senior leadership and other functions to assess and make recommendations on investment areas and ensure a measurable ROI on transformation projects

Develop and drive a clear resource strategy aligned with IWR priorities, working with the HR/People Officer to ensure effective talent mobilization and organizational capability
