Job Responsibilities:

You analyze business/technical needs and translate processes into practice through the current Information Technology tool sets.

You identify opportunities to enhance existing operations using new IT technology as a replacement for legacy systems and manual efforts.

You implement new cross-functional/platform solutions through configuration interaction and creation of functional specifications, facilitating solution realization.

You assume a leadership role in medium-sized initiatives by playing the key contributor, facilitator, or group lead across functional teams.

You conduct cost/benefit analysis by evaluating alternative design approaches to determine the best-balanced solution, satisfying immediate stakeholder needs, meeting system requirements, and facilitating subsequent change.

You troubleshoot, investigate, and persist, developing solutions to problems with unknown causes where precedents do not exist by applying logic, inference, creativity, and initiative.

You provide cross-functional support and maintenance for responsible business/technical areas.

Qualifications:

You hold a Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or have 10 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.
