Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training sessions that meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of learning initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations related to human resources.

Desired Candidate profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in HRBP role or similar position.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant field preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
