Job Description for Executive /Senior Executive Learning and Development

Looking for Executive / Senior Executive Learning and Development (L&D)to help our employees advance their skill sets and knowledge. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Effective communication skills knowledge of soft skills and behavioural skills along with understanding of ever-changing customer expectation is a must. The role ranges from identifying training need of business, developing content, delivering sessions, analysing program effectiveness, scheduling sessions and maintaining records.

Location: Panjim, Goa

Reporting : Learning and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
• Design and develop training programs and materials.
• Conduct training sessions & workshops.
• Evaluate training programs for effectiveness and make improvements.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on training technologies and tools.
• Ensure all training programs meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of employee training completion.
• Maintain reports pertaining to scheduling, delivery and other training requirements.
• Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in service industry preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs on customer service, communication skills, soft skills & behavioural skills.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Content curation & development.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to change.
• Attention to detail.
