Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with expertise in selling powder coat paint products to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Delhi/NCR region (Noida, Ghaziabad).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Actively generate new business opportunities and leads in the powder coat paint segment by targeting manufacturers, fabricators, automotive, and construction sectors within Delhi/NCR.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of powder coat paint products to educate and advise customers on the most suitable solutions for their needs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for product expansion or improvement.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve any issues related to product delivery or quality.
  • Reporting: Regularly update sales reports, forecasts, and CRM systems with accurate data to track performance and sales activities.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our powder coat paints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure successful product promotion.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, specifically in selling powder coat paint products or related materials (paint, coatings, industrial products).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong understanding of the powder coating industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the Delhi/NCR region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of powder coating and related products.
  • Experience in working with B2B clients and large-scale manufacturing companies.
  • Previous experience in sales within the Delhi/NCR market is a plus.
